PURPOSE: A process for continuously manufacturing metal silicon based on silica is provided to continuously arrange furnaces by preventing the generation of radio frequency interference.;CONSTITUTION: A process for continuously manufacturing metal silicon based on silica includes the following: a pre-treating process(S100) implements a silica collecting operation, a size classifying operation, a washing operation, a dehydrating operation, a drying operation, and a deferring operation; a main process(S110) implements continuously pre-treated silica based on pre-heating based on high frequency wave, melting based on low-voltage arc, and stirring based on high frequency wave; and a post-treating process(S120) shapes silicon.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
