The manure press granulator separator is related to agriculture and can be used to granulate manure to obtain high-quality granular organic fertilizer.The manure granulator separator contains a frame on which an electric drive with a gearbox is installed, a feed hopper with a metering unit, auger with a variable helix pitch and drainage holes in the lower part of the auger body, baling chambers with drainage holes and nozzle. The pellet press separator converts the manure into high quality organic fertilizer in the form of granules. This is achieved by the fact that drainage holes are made in the bottom of the auger for preliminary dewatering of manure and a conical baling chamber with drainage holes and a nozzle of a certain diameter of the outlet. This design provides heating of the manure in the pressing zone up to 100 ° C, therefore the obtained high-quality granular fertilizer does not contain mushroom colonies, bacteria and weed seeds.
